Refund policy

At AURIO Perfumes, every fragrance is carefully packed and quality-checked before dispatch. Due to the personal nature of perfumes and hygiene considerations, we follow the policy below.
Returns
We do not accept returns for:
- Change of mind
- Personal fragrance preference
- Incorrect product selection by the customer
- Opened or used products
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
If you receive:
- A damaged product
- A defective product
- An incorrect item
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the product
- Photos of the outer packaging
After verification, we will arrange a replacement or provide an appropriate resolution.
Exchanges
Exchanges are only applicable in the following cases:
- Product received damaged during transit
- Wrong product delivered
- Manufacturing defect
Exchange requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.
Refunds
Approved refunds will only be issued when:
- A replacement product is unavailable
- The order cannot be fulfilled
- A damaged or incorrect product qualifies for a refund after verification
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.
Order Cancellation
Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped.
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds or exchanges will not be provided for:
- Opened perfume bottles
- Used products
- Minor packaging variations
- Fragrance preference or expectations
- Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
- Delivery delays caused by courier partners
